Server update
Dreamhost moved my account on a new server recently, it feels good to run on a new machine, with better performance. However some of my websites did not like the move. I hope everything is back correctly now. (Even my redmine forge).
MoinMoin update to 1.9.2
My server was runnig the quite old 1.8.0 MoinMoin wiki. It was time for me to play with the latest stable release (1.9.2). The update was pretty simple. I also decided to use wscgi with passenger instead of the previous fcgi system. It should be faster and better normally ^ ^. I hope that everything is working. Wiki polishing
This evening I decided to pimp up a little bit my wiki to make it as a clear and welcoming space for the guest who are curious about my work. I am also glad to welcome a new user to my wiki.
Deploying Redmine
For my studies and for the fun, I created many different project. I always get trouble to manage correctly all the code I do. So I decided to install my own forge to solve this problem.
I always founded Trac quite good, but I discover Redmine some months ago, and I have been completely fan directly. So now you can check about my different project. Especially, I started to use Redmine with django-resume a simple application to manage your resume.
New Wiki
I just move on production my new moinmoin wiki to replace my old wikimedia. I just love to use python on my website. Particularly the offline edition possibility and the good ACL right management provided by Moinmoin convince me to move on ! Have a look on Valeuf's wiki to see.
Opening !
After some months, I finally open my new space making with Django
Framework. I left Ruby On Rails for Django after the summer, here is
the result. It's open but not finish ! As always ! I let you see around and tell me if you see any bugs !
